Thank You for your interest in participating in our Do The Loop Brochure Map & Sign Program. This page is for businesses that are located on the map route. Participation is for listings in the brochure, map, and the sign at Town Docks.

If your business is outside of the map you can register for a listing in our Beyond The Loop section of the brochure.

This DTL brochure is the go-to map and guide in Meredith. We distributed 6,000 copies to residents, visitors, local businesses and hospitality establishments in 2020. In addition to the Town Docks sign, the guide is also found on the Meredith Sculpture Walk kiosks on Main Street in front of the Post Office and at the entrances to the Courtyard on Main and Hesky and Scenic Parks.

As a savings incentive, if you sign up by March 6, 2023 the cost will be $200.00.  After March 6 the cost will be $250.00 - Final Deadline March 20, 2023. Remittances received after March 20, may risk not being included in the brochure.The 2023 Do the Loop Brochure will be printed and distributed by Memorial Day, May 29, 2023. In order to have them available by this date we need your commitments early.

1. Renewing Participants from 2022: Please fill out "Business Name, Contact Name, Email & Name on Credit Card used for Payment" and submit payment if NO CHANGE to current listing. Otherwise, fill out the entire form with changes.
2. NEW Participants: Please fill out the form in its entirety and submit payment.
